Virtual Group Class Schedule

Virtual group classes are $450 and include a mailed physical copy of the HypnoBirthing® book, spiral-bound handouts, and an access code to download the audio files. There are five classes, each 2.5 hours. All dates & times will be mutually agreed upon in a group chat with everyone in the group cohort.

Private One-On-One

Private classes are $600 and include a mailed physical copy of the HypnoBirthing® book, spiral-bound handouts, and an access code to download the audio files. There are five classes, 2.5 hours each. 

Private classes are flexible to accommodate your schedule. The ideal pace is one class per week, but we will find what works for you.

Private Coaching Sessions

Virtual coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and $95 per session. Within the session, we can process, discuss, and share anything that would be helpful to the pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experience.

Anything from pregnancy difficulties to birth fears to birth trauma are welcome, and everything in between. We will delve into your deep subconscious limitations and release them wholeheartedly.
